Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Sculpt, tone, and unwind in one powerful hour. Barre & Stretch combines 45 minutes of energizing barre work with 15 minutes of deep, guided stretching for the perfect balance of strength and recovery. Expect low-impact, high-rep movements to lift and lengthen your muscles, followed by intentional stretches to release tension and improve flexibility.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to build lean muscle, enhance mobility, and leave feeling strong, open, and refreshed.
